Emergency Change in Venue
Due to the fire following Monday’s heavy rain, which impacted the electrical systems connected to Light House Arts Centre, we have secured an alternative venue for Saturday, August 29. TEDxArgyleSt will now take place at Joseph Strug Concert Hall, 1385 Seymour St, Halifax, NS B3H 1W8, from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. The event will continue as planned.

TEDxArgyleSt is an independently organized TEDx event based in Halifax, Nova Scotia — a city where creativity thrives, ideas take shape, and community lies at the heart of everything. Our 2026 theme, “EVOLVE,” celebrates growth, transformation, and the power of imagination in shaping who we are and who we can become.
